Curatorial Statement
Art can offer a visually immersive experience—especially when it fills our entire field of vision. Our fall exhibition, Field of View, brings together new work by Crescent Hill Gallery’s featured artists and showcases a wide range of styles and mediums. Whether bold or subtle, large or small, each work invites us to spend time with it and to consider the beauty of what fills our vision.
When an artwork takes up our full line of sight, it becomes harder to look away. It demands focus, attention, and often a physical response: stepping back to take it all in, or leaning in to catch a detail. This kind of engagement creates a direct and powerful connection between viewer and artwork.
With this new 2025 fall art show and exhibition of original works, we hope to spark the imagination of our collectors and offer them the opportunity to support Canadian artists and small businesses.
